Problem is currently there is no confirmation from management whether private placement done at INR 300 or not. 

The private placement was conducted at a rate of ₹300 on 12/02/2025. However, the share price has experienced a significant decline to ₹160 within a span of two months. Could you please clarify if any corporate actions, such as a stock split, bonus issue, or rights issue, have taken place during this period?
