Summary of Share Capital and Allotments

As of March 31, 2024, the Company’s issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital stood at ₹5,57,21,353, divided into 5,57,21,353 equity shares of ₹1 each.

During FY 2024–25, the Company received shareholder approval (via postal ballot on March 22, 2025) to issue 6,00,000 equity shares at a premium of ₹89 per share (issue price ₹90 per share) through Private Placement on a Preferential Basis to Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singla and Mr. Davinder Kumar Singla.

However, as of March 31, 2025, the subscribed and paid-up capital remained unchanged.

Subsequently, post year-end, the following allotments were made:

April 21, 2025: 1,00,000 shares allotted to Mr. Rajesh Kumar Singla for ₹90,00,000 (First Tranche).

June 11, 2025: 1,00,000 shares allotted to Mr. Davinder Kumar Singla for ₹90,00,000 (Second Tranche).

Both allotments were made via Private Placement on a Preferential Basis at an issue price of ₹90 per share (₹1 face value + ₹89 premium).
